  Concussion Awareness:  The CDC has created Fact Sheets for Coaches,
  Parents and Participants which may be found on their web site at 
  http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/youth.html . Each Recreation Council
  needs to verify that all of their youth sports coaches, parents and participants have
  received this information.
