Walk in registration for 2010 has completed. Completed registration forms, along with check for the appropriate amount (made out to HFG Rec) should be mailed to:

Late Registration

After May 31^st, 2010, registration fees are subject to a $20 late fee.

· Between June 1^st and July 4^th, download and print a registration form, complete and mail it along with a check covering appropriate registration fees plus the $20 late fee made payable to HFG Rec Council. Mail form and check to address below.

· After July 4^th, please send an email to hfgsoccercomish@hotmail.com to verify that space is still available.

4-14

Fees

$50/child (4 year old, U07 and U8 clinic programs)
$70/child (U9 – U15 programs)
Lazers Soccer Club teams will be subject to additional fees
HFG Recreation Council Policy states: NO refunds on registration fees
A $20.00 late registration fee applies after May 31^st (space permitting)

Below is a quick list of dates to keep in mind so you know what to expect as the season approaches:

May - Registration
June - Lazers Travel Try-out
June(Last Week) - coaches notified of team assignments
July (Mid) - coaches establish practice nights & notify parents
August - practices start
August 21st - Opening Day - (if games are rained out pictures at Forest Hill Rec. center)
August 22nd - Opening Day Scrimmages Rain Date
August 28/29 - Games start
October - Clinic Olympics
November (1st Week) - Tournament for U09 and above
